The staff here are really friendly and make you feel welcome. the rooms are a great size, look brand new, and come with a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. You can expect excellent service and delicious food. 👍.

This hotel was good value, I think. Had good stay because of chef on holidays, the staff were outstandingly accommodating, location was perfectly comfortable in immediate area around location. The breakfast was great and the parking was onsite. Loved staying at the double room with lovely modern bathroom. The pool was very clean and I had complimentary drinks in the downstairs bar. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

Standard of amenities, general state of disrepair eg plug socket hanging off wall, cracked hand basin, hair dryer off wall shower continually dripping, curtain hanging off window and tv remote broken.

The room I booked was tastefully decorated and neat, featuring a lovely, comfortable, and spacious bed. the bathroom was well-equipped with extra towels. the hotel boasts a handy central location, making it easy to access the shopping district for food and drinks as well as the town center.

nothing that we liked about the hotel.

Everything was wrong. The bed sheets were stained. spider webs around the whole room. the spa bath was not clean. Syringes were flashed down the bathroom sink. Could hear the next door people speak and snore. mini bar had only 2 drinks and no ice inside the fridge. Would never suggest this hotel for any person to stay. even though it was cheap for a spa bath room. We regret our stay at the hotel. 0/5 stars.

This hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and has soundproof rooms, brand-new facilities, laundry services, and excellent service.

The lady who checked me in was extremely pleasant and helpful, and I was delighted to receive a free room upgrade. The newly renovated bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the wooden hangers in the wardrobe and the spacious room. The staff were super friendly and I was welcomed with two free drinks upon arrival. I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a train station and parking was available on site, which was very convenient. It was also close to Harmony Square and the Dandenong Skatepark. We had a great time here.

Breakfast was the worst, room was not ready for three people and there was late night dealing

The hotel had a peaceful setting and provided free Wi-Fi, making it a great choice for a holiday. It was conveniently located within 2 km of Harmony Square.

Crack whores at my door at 7am asking for 2 dollars. Booked for 3 people only had 2 towels and one blanket.
